One of Young CEOs’ most impactful initiatives was the creation of the Millionaires Business Briefings, a series of events that brought together millionaires and young entrepreneurs for mentorship and inspiration. These briefings provided a rare opportunity for aspiring business leaders to learn directly from those who had achieved extraordinary success. At one such event, David Steward, founder of World Wide Technologies and now the wealthiest African American in the United States with a net worth of over $11 billion, shared his wisdom with young entrepreneurs, while being interviewed by the host Joyce Coleman. Steward’s participation was particularly meaningful, as he came to speak after the founder of Young CEOs, Steve Conley, played a pivotal role in stopping cyber attackers from stealing proceeds from his bestselling book, Doing Business By The Good Book. This act of integrity and expertise solidified the bond between Steward and the Young CEOs program, further elevating the impact of the Millionaires Business Briefings.
From its inception, Young CEOs was ahead of its time, creating a platform for global online meetings and education long before Zooms & Google Meets became the norm. Through its Global Entrepreneurship Training Institute (G.E.T.I.), Young CEOs built an international community, engaging students from 27 U.S. states, 7 Caribbean islands, and 4 African countries. This global network became a testament to the power of entrepreneurship to transcend borders and unite young minds.
Today, these two pioneering forces—STEM Digital Village and Young CEOs—are taking a bold, futuristic approach to education and innovation. By merging the worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) with a Global Entrepreneurial mindset, they are redefining what it means to prepare the next generation of leaders. Together, they are creating a synergy that bridges the gap between technical expertise and entrepreneurial vision, empowering students to not only excel in their fields but also to innovate, lead, and impact the world.
